Key Responsibilities

• An understanding of apparel construction, material construction and properties related to fits & patterns,

• Understanding of effective and cost efficient pattern and workmanship solutions

• Manage the technical and go-to-market aspects of all new product launches

• Continuous research on market trends and insights on fits and apparel construction

  Requirements

• Degree in Management or related field Preferred experience in Product developing, Innovation skills and Pattern making mandatory.

• Should have 8 to 10 years’ experience in the apparel industry, with at least 5 years’ experience in a technical related role.

• Previous experience in team management and leadership.

• Highly organized and works well under pressure.

• Production management.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Preferable Age between 25 – 45
