Position Overview

Twist Digital is seeking a proactive, highly skilled, and detail-oriented Senior 3D Designer to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned 3D professional to take the lead on visualizing concepts and delivering stunning, high-quality 3D assets across a variety of digital and design projects. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life—from modeling and rendering to animation—while collaborating with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and photorealistic renders for architecture, products, or digital experiences.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and development teams to conceptualize and execute 3D visuals that align with brand and project goals.
• Work on end-to-end 3D production including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation as needed.
• Ensure all 3D content is optimized for performance across platforms and formats.
• Guide junior designers or interns when needed, providing feedback and mentorship.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in 3D design, motion graphics, and visualization technologies.
• Interpret briefs and client feedback to revise or refine outputs effectively.
• Contribute to proposals and presentations with visual mockups or animated sequences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D design, visualization, or animation.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D.
• Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, KeyShot, or Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of modeling, lighting, material creation, and rendering for both stills and motion.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D work (architecture, product, animation, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content, development, and marketing.
• Bonus: Experience in AR/VR content creation, real-time rendering, or game engines (Unity/Unreal).

Educational Background

• Degree or diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Architecture, Visual Communication, or a related field.
