About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Lead to act as the primary point of contact between our company and its clients. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication, timely follow-ups, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Join and contribute to all calls with existing and new clients from day one.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and gather feedback for internal improvements.
- Schedule and manage weekly client calls with precision and clarity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare relevant updates.
- Document meeting minutes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Office, or equivalent.
- High attention to detail, especially in documentation and coordination.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of RCM or the healthcare field is a plus.
