Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Education and Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients and partners have access to comprehensive, well-organized, and effective training materials. You will play a critical part in enhancing the understanding and usability of our software platform for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review and Analyse: Conduct thorough reviews of all available documentation and training materials related to our software platform.
- Identify Gaps: Identify gaps in existing resources and determine additional information needed for clients and partners to fully understand, implement, and support our software.
- Organise Information: Structure and organise information to be easily accessible and useful for the delivery team, clients, and delivery partners.
- Develop Training Programs: Create and maintain comprehensive training programs and materials that cover the software platform’s implementation and support procedures.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and resources to clients post-training to ensure continued success and proficiency.
- Promote: Work with the marketing and customer success teams to promote training programs and encourage client participation.
- Keep up to date: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in education and training, incorporating them into our programs.
- Tools: Recommend and implement suitable tools or platforms to manage and disseminate information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including product development, support, and client services, to ensure the training materials are up-to-date and aligned with the latest software updates and best practices.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients and partners to gather feedback on training materials and continuously improve the resources provided.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a training, education, or enablement role, preferably in the software or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes and terminology.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
- Proven experience in reviewing, creating, and organising documentation and training materials.
- Experience with tools and platforms for managing and disseminating information (e.g., Learning Management Systems, content management systems)
Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps tools and experience with test case management within Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture principles and Azure cloud services.
- Experience with test automation and scripting languages.
