The Sales & Operations Support will provide services to one of our clients at Olinqua Pty Ltd, a dynamic and innovative Healthcare technology company committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business success.
Job Overview
As part of Olinqua’s commitment to delivering world-class technology and services, the Sales & Operations Support will assist both business development and operations. This role suits a recent Bachelor of IT graduate with strong English communication skills, seeking to grow in a tech-driven, sales and customer-focused environment. They will work closely with the Head of Operations, internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate and prepare sales quotes for hardware and software, assist with service proposals, and maintain accurate CRM records, while ensuring clear and professional communication with customers and partners to support engagement and proposal conversion.
Responsibilities
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers, partners, and internal teams regarding quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing and delivering hardware and software quotes tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up with customers after quotes are sent to assess proposal status and encourage deal progression.
Sales & Proposal Support
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to create high-quality proposals for professional services.
- Coordinate internally with subject matter experts to ensure solution accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
- Assist with documentation, preparation, and timely delivery of proposals and responses to customer queries.
CRM & Operational Excellence
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate data on leads, opportunities, communications, and deal progress.
- Track proposal outcomes, support forecasting efforts, and maintain documentation consistency across sales support processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable:
- Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Previous internship or customer-facing experience.
- Interest in ICT solutions, sales operations, or service delivery.
