Primary Duties:
Management of Existing Stores
(1) Negotiation and implementation of renewal of lease / renovation / closure -
- Build and maintain close relationship with LL to negotiate / to gather information which could support existing / potential new stores
- Review, analyse weekly / monthly / yearly store P/L by province / area / per store to make / keep ideal store network
- Control process of agreement
(2) In charge of A. operational requirement for improvement B. operational problems need to be solved related to Land Load (Tenant Relation Dept of LL) -
- Be relevant with store to capture and understand what root cause of requirement / problem is
- Manage several project / requirement / problems related to existing stores until its file closed
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
- Has knowledge and understanding of commercial tenant lease agreement
- Has analytical and logical ability to review P/L
- Has ability to handle multiple projects
- Has a commitment to deliver his / her work on timely manner
- Has a mindset to serve for store / who can be flexible to solve issues of store
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Able to communicate in English verbal & written
- Experience in Retail business is a must
- Min. 3 years’ experience in asset management or related to it.
