We’re looking for:
· 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development and/or Human Resources, with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives
· A Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Management, or a related discipline
· A recognized professional qualification in HR or Training & Development will be a definite advantage
· A forward-thinking individual who demonstrates agility, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking in adapting to evolving business and market dynamics
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate across all levels
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for training content development and reporting
· Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and coordination abilities to lead engaging and results-driven learning sessions
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and deliver engaging departmental inductions and orientation programs that create strong first impressions and accelerate new hire integration.
· Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end training logistics, ensuring smooth execution between facilitators, participants, and relevant departments.
· Conduct learning needs assessments within assigned business units to proactively identify immediate and emerging skill gaps.
· Collaborate in the design and development of impactful training content, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
· Facilitate in-person training sessions that are interactive, practical, and tailored to enhance on-the-job effectiveness and performance.
