Social Media Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client social media pages with a focus on quality and consistency
• Coordinate between clients and internal content/design teams
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars tailored to each client’s brand and goals
• Communicate directly with clients to gather input, present ideas, and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee timely publishing of posts and monitor page activities
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations
• Identify potential issues early and resolve them to maintain smooth content flow

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media pages for multiple clients
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or social media scheduling platforms
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle feedback constructively
• Experience with analytics and reporting (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.)
• Background in digital or creative industries is a plus
