We’re now looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base.

Position Overview: As an Outbound Sales Representative at PERCS, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers to generate new leads and close sales. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest in our products and services
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
• Conduct product presentations and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging and optimize outreach strategies
• Provide feedback from prospects to help shape the product and improve the customer experience

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling objections
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
