Candidate Profile

· Require to possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

· Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added benefit.

· A degree or an equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

· Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS Office, etc.)

· Require to have a valid driving and riding license.

· Team player with a pleasing personality.

Job Responsibilities

· Reach and exceed monthly sales target by:

Ø Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.

Ø Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company's products.

Ø Generating referral business by mining existing clientele.

Ø Handling existing dealer points and developing dealer points.

· Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.

· Respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details.

· Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone.

· Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients.
