Job Responsibilities

· Reach and exceed monthly sales target by:

-/ Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries

-/ Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company’s products

-/Generating referral business by mining existing clientele

-/ Handling existing dealer points and developing dealer points.

· Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure

· Respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details

· Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone

· Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and clients

Candidate Profile

· A degree in Marketing/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Product development or an equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage

· Strong inter-personal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added benefit.

· Having previous sales and marketing experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.

· Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS-Office, etc.)

· Require to have a valid driving and riding license
