🧩 Your Role

As our Startup Operations Executive, you’ll work directly with the founder on early-stage ventures — setting up operations, launching projects, streamlining systems, and experimenting with AI tools to move faster and smarter.

This isn’t a support role — this is delivery ownership. You’ll take responsibility for making things happen, while learning deeply how businesses are built from scratch.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Execute & Optimize: Deliver projects, build systems, manage local and remote workflows

AI & Tools: Explore and implement AI agents, automations, no-code tools (Zapier, Notion, GPT workflows, Airtable)

Cross-functional Ops: From onboarding guests at BlissCove to refining e-commerce fulfillment to tracking finance

Direct Founder Collaboration: Weekly sprints, async reviews, full autonomy to propose and improve systems

Early-Stage Business Building: Be involved in launching new products, testing MVPs, learning GTM logic

✅ You’re a fit if you:

Have 4–6 years of work experience, ideally in startups or dynamic teams

Are obsessed with execution, digital systems, and AI/automation

Are focused — you can go deep, finish well, and stay organized

Are excited by chaos — but bring your own order to it

Write clearly, speak confidently, and think independently

Want to grow into a senior operator or co-founder-type contributor

💰 Compensation

Base salary: 1.6M – 1.9M LKR/year

Bonus: up to 8% on execution metrics
