About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and helping to build a strong and people-centric workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Support monthly payroll processing and salary-related tasks
- Handle employee queries and HR communications
- Coordinate EPF/ETF registration and ensure statutory compliance
- Draft and prepare employee-related letters (appointments, confirmations, etc.)
- Maintain and monitor attendance, leaves, and rosters using HR platforms (e.g., Clockify, Rooster)
- Help organize employee engagement and learning & development initiatives
- Support grievance handling and team review coordination
- Contribute to ad hoc HR administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Part qualification or pursuing a diploma/HND/degree in HRM or Business Administration
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or HR internship
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Exposure to HR tools like Rooster, Clockify, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement
