Job Role

The Finance and Accounting Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions across multiple manufacturing sites in East Java. The role is central to ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, strategic budget management, and cash flow oversight.

This position supports executive decision-making by delivering high-quality financial insights and driving operational efficiency through effective financial controls. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in multi-site financial operations within a manufacturing or agriculture environment, alongside strong leadership and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis across the three manufacturing sites.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and company policies.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance through thorough analysis and strategic planning.
• Lead the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations related to the agriculture manufacturing industry.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team across all sites to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with operational departments to align financial goals with production and business objectives, driving cost efficiency and profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, within the manufacturing or agriculture industry.
• Language: fluency in English (verbal and written) on a professional level.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and related legal frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site financial operations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and internal stakeholders.
