Job Description:
This is a Fully Remote Working role for US Shift, Monday to Friday. (Estimated IST: 5:30PM to 1:30AM)
Summary:
The IT Audit & Compliance resource will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the compliance posture of the IT organization by assisting in implementation and execution of IT security internal controls such as user access reviews, system activity reviews and segregation of duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the implementation and execution of internal controls such as User Access Reviews, Privileged Activity Reviews, Segregation of Duties, etc.
• Manage user access controls and ensure appropriate identity and access management (IAM) practices are followed.
• Setup, configure, and execute access reviews via Pathlock including follow-up with people managers and executive management.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and demonstrating compliance with security protocols and processes.
• Review and compile audit results using advanced MS Excel features including vLookup and xLookup.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• About 2+ years of experience in It audit, IT security, or risk management.
• Experience with a Governance, Risk Management and Compliance tool (GRC) such as ServiceNow, Audit Board, Workiva or Pathlock is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts (Oracle Cloud, AWS, etc.).
• Good understanding of IT controls, Cyber-security concepts, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit tools.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Below are high-level job responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate obtaining & reviewing access data required for User Access Reviews (UARs);
• Transform access data for consumption into Pathlock;
• Setup, configure, and execute access reviews via Pathlock including follow-up with people managers and executive management;
• Assist senior management with completing access review in our GRC tool (Pathlock);
• Review and compile audit results using advanced MS Excel features including vLookup and xLookups.
Additional Information:
Working type: Full-time, Remote, typically 40 hours per week.
Shift Timings: US Shift (Approx. 5:30 PM IST to 1:30AM IST)
Candidates can choose to work on EITHER of the following (All Basic agreement terms of work engagement are the same):
• Permanent employment on a 3rd Party Payroll OR
• Contract based consultant with a 3rd Party
