We’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, brand strategy, and/or strategic communications, ideally within an FMCG, automotive, or multinational corporate setting
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline (MBA qualification with specialization in marketing would be a strong advantage)
- A strategic thinker with a keen sense for brand building, market insights, and go-to-market execution
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering phygital campaigns, brand activations, product launches, and large-scale events
- Strong understanding of employer branding, customer segmentation, and consumer behavior synthesis
- Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills and capable of influencing across multiple stakeholder levels
- Proficiency in digital tools, analytics, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint for brand storytelling)

- Craft and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy aligned to business goals and evolving customer expectations
- Lead integrated phygital campaigns, product launches, brand activations, and customer-facing events that drive visibility and engagement
- Oversee market planning and positioning efforts, analyzing competitive landscapes and refining strategic direction
- Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR to strengthen internal brand equity and attract top talent
- Translate brand vision into impactful, measurable actions across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms
- Build strong internal collaboration between cross-functional teams, agencies, and media partners
- Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and brand performance metrics
