What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Executive, you'll be the final touchpoint for qualified applicants who have already shown interest in our programs. Your mission is to guide them through the final stages of their enrollment decision and close the deal.

  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process for warm, qualified leads. You'll be responsible for conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling program presentations, and guiding prospects to a final decision.
  • Build Trust & Influence: Become a trusted advisor. Understand the career goals and challenges of each applicant and clearly articulate how Metana can help them achieve their ambitions. You'll handle objections with empathy and expertise, building confidence in their decision.
  • Drive Revenue: Be accountable for hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets. Your performance will be a direct driver of our company’s success, and you’ll be rewarded for it.
  • Optimize & Iterate: Work closely with our marketing and admissions teams to refine our sales messaging and strategy. Your insights from the front lines will be crucial in helping us improve our funnel.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Closer: You have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You know how to create urgency, build rapport, and close deals efficiently. Experience in a B2C sales environment is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You can articulate value clearly and concisely, both written and verbally. You're a great listener and can adapt your message to different personalities.
  • Empathy & Persistence: You understand that this is a major life decision for our students. You combine a consultative, empathetic approach with the persistence needed to follow up and get deals across the finish line.
  • Self-Starter: You are disciplined, organized, and can manage your pipeline with minimal supervision. You're resourceful and don't wait for permission to get things done.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with CRM tools, sales software, and communication platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.).
  • Bonus: A passion for or familiarity with the tech, crypto, or Web3 space is a major advantage.
