Product Marketing Supervisor

Overview
The main purpose of this role is to drive the excellence planning and execution of product marketing activities
impacting to business result
Primary Duties
- Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned product category delivery
- Involve and able to get full understanding of company sales plan
- Help to develop strategy which translated into marketing campaigns and calendar
- Brand Building & Local Relevance
Help localize global branding strategies to fit the Indonesian market. Bring creativity and local
insight to maintain global consistency and quality while ensuring local impact.
- Campaign Creation, Execution, and Coordination
- Plan and allocate resources (ie. budget allocation, team member working hours) for marketing support based on product categories and importance
- Execute and ensure timely delivery of the marketing campaign (digital, in-store, PR, influencers, events) with high attention to detail
- Work closely with creative and digital teams to develop compelling, brand-aligned content across social, paid media, PR, and owned channels
- Events & activations support: assist in planning and executing key marketing events with a can-do, hands-on approach
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Store Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and E-commerce teams to align marketing initiatives with product / category importance, launch date, and seasonal push.
- Business Performance Tracking and Reporting
Monitor business results, campaign KPI and analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and learnings for future campaigns.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Min 5 years in marketing/digital marketing, brand management, or communications, ideally from a well-established consumer-facing company
- Strong understanding of brand-building, campaign planning, and content / asset development (digital, traditional, KOLs)
- Passionate about retail, lifestyle, and/or fashion industries
- Pro-active, hardworking, and hands-on – comfortable getting involved in the executional details, not just high-level strategy
- Highly organized, strong in project management, self-driven learner and thrives under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and detail-driven environment
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
