XVO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer Intern to join our infrastructure and deployment team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automating, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-based systems that support scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about system reliability, automation, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and is eager to build a career in DevOps.

You will work closely with experienced DevOps and software engineers to streamline deployment workflows, ensure system availability, and contribute to building a reliable infrastructure in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor application and system performance using observability tools.
• Assist with cloud infrastructure setup and management (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Linux system administration and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn DevOps best practices.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
