JOB PURPOSE

The primary focus of the Operations Manager's role is to ensure the efficient management of operations, fostering operational excellence, collaborating with stakeholders, team development, and ultimately achieving customer satisfaction through effective operational management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee and manage all aspects of procurement, clearing, forwarding, logistics, manufacturing, and daily operations.

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

· Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key partners to ensure smooth operations.

· Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting delivery schedules and maintaining quality standards.

· Collaborate closely with the product design team to facilitate the development, manufacturing, and timely delivery of new products.

· Manage the clearing and forwarding process in full compliance with local regulations, minimizing delays and bottlenecks.

· Lead and coordinate the logistics team, driving cost-effective and efficient product delivery.

· Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting delivery schedules and maintaining quality standards.

· Collaborate closely with the product design team to facilitate the development, manufacturing, and timely delivery of new products.

· Manage the clearing and forwarding process in full compliance with local regulations, minimizing delays and bottlenecks.

Qualifications and Criteria Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Proven experience in operations management, supply chain, and logistics, with a minimum of 03 years in a similar capacity.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and market trends.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

· Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, logistics software).

· Leadership and team management skills with the ability to set and achieve performance targets.

· Knowledge of local regulations related to clearing, forwarding, and logistics.

· Results-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing operational efficiency.
