What You’ll Learn & Do

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support “As-Is” and “To-Be” process mapping, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Support the development and testing of new systems and tools—such as CRM automations, chatbots, and workflows using AI, while recording defects and providing feedback.
• Work with low-code/no-code tools (with guidance from the team) to prototype internal systems and workflows.
• Assist in designing, building, and maintaining simple websites and landing pages using modern website builders.
• Learn stakeholder engagement skills by participating in meetings, taking notes, and tracking actions.
• Contribute to market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
• Assist with creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support project tracking, timelines, and reporting.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or fresh graduates in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Interest in understanding both the technical and business sides of a project.
• Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and embrace constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with productivity tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) and modern website builders.
• Academic or personal projects related to data, research, or process improvement are a plus.
