Purpose of the Role:

To professionalize and expand the business by creating a single point of contact who can manage clients, coordinate with the farms, drive growth, and bring clarity to a currently fragmented process. Ensuring all orders, bookings, and communications are handled efficiently. They will coordinate with internal teams to manage stock, prepare quotes, track returns, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale & Morden Trade Coordination

Liaise with wholesale customers to receive and process orders.

Maintain regular morden trade (weekly) contact

Coordinate with the farms on product availability and pre-plan for peak demand periods.

Prepare and send weekly sales and returns reports.

Events Coordination

Handle event-related inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

Book appointments for event consultations.

Prepare and send quotations for event orders.

Customer Communication

Respond promptly to customer queries through WhatsApp and other online platforms (e.g., website, social media).

Maintain a professional and friendly tone with all customers.

Order & Stock Management

Coordinate with the purchasing and logistics teams to check stock availability for wholesale and event orders.

Update customers on product availability, delivery timelines, and substitutions if required.

Assist in monitoring online orders and ensuring they are fulfilled on time.

Reporting & Administration

Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and stock checks.

Prepare regular updates for the sales and retail teams on order status and issues.

Support the Head of Retail with any other administrative tasks related to sales coordination.

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and requests at the same time.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Experience in sales coordination or customer service preferred. Cometative Salary Package depending on experience
