What will you be doing?
- Identify and exploit growth opportunities within the circle of the company
- Develop demand generation campaigns to accelerate customer journeys
- Build effective and engaging referral programs
- Recommend improvements after tracking and evaluating the progress of campaigns
- Utilize data to pivot marketing campaigns toward greater results
- Leverage marketing automation systems for marketing and client communication
- Create, plan, and optimize campaigns through versatile techniques including A/B testing
What will you need to be considered?
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing, growth marketing or similar
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset who is capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Great networking skills
