Job Role
As a leading industrial technology provider specializing in advanced welding solutions and services, with a strong focus on innovation and technical precision, and serving a diverse client base across manufacturing, construction, automotive, and heavy industry sectors, the company is seeking a Technical Sales Representative, to sell laser cutting machinery using a consultative and technically driven approach.
You will identify client needs, deliver demonstrations, and provide full-cycle support from initial contact through post-sales service. This role combines commercial skill with technical know-how, making it ideal for professionals with a passion for industrial automation and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify client requirements and offer tailored technical solutions
- Deliver product presentations and machine demonstrations
- Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on sales leads
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide technical support after sales as needed
- Resolve customer technical issues efficiently
- Expand the customer network and market reach
- Share client feedback with product and technical teams
- Act as a liaison between customer needs and internal departments
Candidate Requirements
- Education: D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years hands-on experience with selling industrial machinery, automation, or laser equipment, within the Technical Sales domain.
- English Skills: Functional proficiency, especially in technical communication - ability to understand and communicate technical terms, product manuals, and basic email or report writing.
- Professional Skills:
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical products in a consultative manner.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
