We’re a high-performance marketing partner for service-based businesses across Australia — from builders and developers to automotive brands. We create end-to-end acquisition systems that position our clients as the obvious choice and deliver consistent, high-value leads. Our clients typically add $30K–$300K/month in new revenue within months.
We’re growing fast and need a sharp Appointment Setter / SDR who’s more than just a script reader — someone who can build rapport, qualify prospects, and book meetings that turn into big wins.
The Role
This is 80% inbound, 20% outbound — you’ll be speaking with business owners who have already shown interest by opting in through our ads, plus following up with warm leads and strategic outbound outreach.
You’ll:
- Run 15–20 minute discovery calls using our proven framework (script provided, but you must make it your own).
- Qualify or disqualify prospects with confidence — protecting our time and theirs.
- Book strategy sessions for the sales team (and eventually run them yourself).
- Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to lock in appointments.
- Meticulously track all activity and notes in our CRM.
- Ramp up to closing deals yourself within 3 months — with training and support.
About You
We’re not looking for a junior VA. This role demands real sales ability — someone who understands tonality, active listening, and how to navigate objections without sounding pushy.
You:
- Have at least 3 years in sales or appointment setting for high-ticket services or B2B.
- Speak fluent, neutral English (Western-accented preferred — Australian/UK/South African/Eastern European).
- Can build instant rapport with business owners and decision makers.
- Are comfortable working from a script but skilled enough to adapt based on the conversation.
- Are process-driven — you follow up like clockwork and never let a lead slip.
- Can self-manage in a remote role and hit daily/weekly KPIs.
- Have the ambition to progress from appointment setting to full closing (with much higher commission).
KPIs & Compensation
- Base: $2,000 AUD/month
- Per-Deal Bonus: $150 per deal won from an appointment you set
- OTE (Year One): $2,800–$4,500 AUD/month (base + per-deal bonuses)
- Additional closing commissions once you start handling sales calls (after ~3 months of onboarding).
- Current close rate: 4–8 deals per month.
What Success Looks Like
Month 1–2: You’re learning our value prop, hitting booking targets, following the script, and qualifying effectively. Helping send out agreements and following up on missed payments Month 3: You’re confidently running discovery calls without heavy oversight. Month 4+: You’re closing deals, earning larger commissions, and helping scale our client roster.
