- Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, training, and development Develop and promote a positive internal company culture
- Take responsibility for the entire headhunting lifecycle at the company (Find candidates, contact universities, utilize online resources, connect with online communities etc.)
- Build long-term relationships with Human Resources at similar industries
- Collect, filter, and organize feedback from employees at the company
- Identify and communicate with underperforming employees at the company
- Identify overperforming employees for bonuses and incentives
- Organize employee-level events along with corporate events
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the companyβs business goals
- Work closely with the companyβs leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the HR department budget
- Handle employee relations issues
- Oversee the companyβs employee benefits program
- Manage the companyβs employee records & HR Portal/website
- Represent the company at industry events
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
- Communicate with required stakeholders to maintain company operations (Payroll communication, Bank communication, Supplier communication)
- Help facilitate general administrative tasks with company management for an improved work environment
- Organize day-to-day accounts payable tasks (collecting and organizing billing)

- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ year of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment process and implementing effective onboarding and training programs
- Experience managing employee relations issues and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English & Sinhala language.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process and proactively seek opportunities to help
- Skilled in Google Suite
- Familiarity with Rooster or other HR software
- Experience in an ecommerce company is preferred
