The Facilities Executive will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of our premises while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.The main responsibilities include:
- Housekeeping Management – Supervise a third-party housekeeping team, maintain hygiene checklists, and ensure correct chemicals and equipment are used.
- Facility & Pest Control Compliance– Conduct regular inspections, oversee pest control activities, and ensure adherence to local authority regulations.
- Utility Management – Monitor and optimize electricity and water usage, track tenant consumption, and ensure timely payments.
- Rental Collection & Compliance– Ensure on-time collection of rent, utilities, and compliance documents, preventing outstanding dues.
- Safety Oversight – Coordinate fire drills, inspect safety equipment, and maintain workplace safety standards.
- Relationship & Maintenance Management – Maintain healthy tenant relationships and ensure cost-effective building maintenance.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in facility or housekeeping supervision.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards, safety regulations, and building compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience in facility/maintenance management systems preferred.
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
