Role Overview We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our platforms, with a focus on automation, observability, and reliability. You will work closely with developers and product teams to design and implement resilient systems that support our global client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of critical systems and applications(Define and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs).
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability practices to ensure system uptime and performance.
• Automate deployments, system operations, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with software engineers to build reliable and secure applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues across services and infrastructure.
• Lead incident management, including root cause analysis and postmortems.
• Drive capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
• Ensure security best practices across infrastructure and deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on expertise with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional, remote teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with blockchain infrastructure and digital assets.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
• Experience in a fintech or SaaS company.
