Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations on food, coffee, and specials.
• Ensure tables, counters, and service areas are kept clean and well-presented.
• Handle billing and cash/card transactions responsibly.
• Manage takeaway orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Work closely with the barista and kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Address customer feedback politely and escalate issues where necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service preferred but not essential.
• A friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours.
• Interest in coffee, food, and guest experience.
