Estate Manager

We are looking for self-motivated dynamic individuals to our team to Work closely with the management to oversee all aspects of estate operation management, including cultivation, harvesting, processing, and quality control. Develop your leadership skills by motivating and guiding our dedicated workforce. Play a key role in implementing sustainable practices and maintaining the highest quality standards for our plantations. The Ideal Candidates Should Possess.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Minimum 05 years working experience in the same capacity.
• Age below 45 Years.
• Thorough knowledge in Tea, Rubber, Cinnamon & Other crops including best agricultural practices.
• Thorough knowledge in Tea, Rubber manufacturing.
• Knowledge in Commercial Forestry.
• Knowledge in Plantation Accounting, Analytical skills, General IT literacy.
• Fluency in English and Tamil Languages.
• Academic qualifications in Plantation Management from a recognized institute.
• Knowledge in labour law will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability in achieving the set targets/ budgets while managing a highly unionized work force.
