The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Passed GCE Advanced Level examination in Agri / Bio Science or Mathematics streams
• Plantation related diploma or any other qualification will be added advantage
• Fluency in English is a must and Tamil will be added advantage
• Age between 19 – 25 Years
• Possess strong extracurricular achievements, with sports competency being essential
