Purpose - Own revenue growth for ET Cloud POS by building and leading the sales function, developing pipeline, and closing new business with a repeatable, scalable process.
The Job -
- Build and deliver quarterly/annual new-business targets with accurate weekly forecasting.
- Segment the market, define ICPs, territories, and outreach playbooks (outbound + inbound).
- Source and progress opportunities with mid-market and enterprise retailers; run discovery, demos, pilots, proposals, and RFPs.
- Recommend deal structures, discount guardrails, and commercial terms aligned to company policy.
- Lead mid-market and enterprise retailers through procurement and legal to signed contracts and PO.
- Maintain clean pipeline stages, next steps, and probabilities; run weekly pipeline reviews.
- Coordinate smooth transitions to Implementation/Support; ensure issues are escalated to the technical team quickly.
- Feed product and UX improvements directly to the development team based on sales feedback.
- Represent ET Cloud POS at events, webinars, and industry forums.
The Person -
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software or B2B sales.
- Prior experience in selling SaaS or enterprise software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of software technologies and digital solutions.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Built or led a small sales team or function (hiring, onboarding, coaching)
