Sales Executive — Software & Hardware

Purpose - Win new retail customers and grow revenue by selling ET Cloud POS software and/or hardware (Terminals, Printers, Scanners, Cash drawers), then and guide customers onboarding with development team.

The Job -

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present software & hardware solutions to clients.
  • Understand client requirements and match them with the best solutions offered.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations to agreed SLAs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policy.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client insights.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness and network.

The Person -

  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • A diploma or certification in IT or software systems will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software or B2B sales.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS or enterprise software is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of software technologies and digital solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
