Purpose - Win new retail customers and grow revenue by selling ET Cloud POS software and/or hardware (Terminals, Printers, Scanners, Cash drawers), then and guide customers onboarding with development team.
The Job -
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present software & hardware solutions to clients.
- Understand client requirements and match them with the best solutions offered.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations to agreed SLAs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policy.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client insights.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness and network.
The Person -
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- A diploma or certification in IT or software systems will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software or B2B sales.
- Prior experience selling SaaS or enterprise software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of software technologies and digital solutions.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
