Job Responsibilities

· Coordinate the entire operation of the company through effective project planning and staff allocation, delegating team members for daily tasks

· Work closely with the top management to formulate and implement strategies, standards & targets to achieve organizational goals and provide progress & management reports and other status updates as required.

· Ensure all operations are in compliance with formulated standard operating procedures and quality & safety standards, identify problems and develop corrective plans.

· Coordinating with the sales team to achieve sales targets set by the management by formulating marketing and advertising campaigns and monitoring sales performance on a regular basis.

· Assess and analyze company budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.

· Engage and develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholder groups

Candidate Profile

· A Degree from a recognized university in Business/ Management/ Administration/ Commerce.

· A minimum of 2-3 years previous experience.

· MBA or a management related post graduated qualification shall be an added advantage

· Strong inter-personal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. (Tamil would be an added advantage.)

· A team player with a pleasing personality, good work ethics & positive attitude with the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
