Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives.
• Manage cash flow, investments and risk to strengthen financial stability.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CIMA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Education Industry will be added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills and Presentation skills.
