The Role: Head of Growth

This is not a fluffy “growth marketing” role.

This is a high-speed, sweat-dripping, goal-smashing role for someone who knows how to think big, plan smart, delegate wisely, and execute like a beast.

We’re looking for someone who understands the full growth picture — from website updates to SEO, cold outreach, content, and helping our sales team close deals. You’ll be the one managing it all. You’ll have support, but the direction, vision, and hustle? That’s on you.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and the Head of Operations — syncing with them on business goals, marketing campaigns, and how to actually hit those financial targets.

What You’ll Own:

  • Personal Branding – Collaborate with the founder to build their personal brand on LinkedIn and other platforms. Plan and post consistently. Test what works.
  • Cold Email Strategy & Execution – You’ll own it end-to-end.
  • Website & Portfolio – Keep our Framer site always fresh. Update portfolio content, case studies, landing pages, and home messaging as we grow.
  • SEO – Drive organic traffic. You’ll set the strategy, find the gaps, track keywords, and make SEO a real revenue channel.
  • Social Media – Plan and manage brand campaigns. Know what works where — from founders’ content to Zyner’s posts.
  • Sales Support – Help the sales team do what they do best. Give them updated decks, case studies, or any marketing support that moves the needle.
  • Paid Campaigns – Optional, but if you’ve run Meta, Google, or LinkedIn ads — great. We’d love to test them with you.

You’re here to break goals into tasks, assign what can be delegated, and own what needs to be done — and make sure we move every single piece forward until it’s done, shipped, and successful.

  • Define the outcome.
  • Map out the steps.
  • Assign lead sourcing to one person (with a deadline).
  • Write the copy with the CEO.
  • Oversee the email warmup process in parallel.
  • Review everything.
  • Launch it on time.

Every single goal should be broken into a step-by-step plan, and you’ll make sure we hit those steps daily, hourly, and without missing a beat.

  • CEO – Align on growth, copy, brand, cold email strategy, and bigger vision.
  • Head of Operations – Track goals, process, team timelines, and hit targets.
  • Sales team & Interns – Support and manage them where needed.
  • Designers – Collaborate to get visuals for social posts, site updates, etc.
