Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Commis III to join our kitchen team. The role involves supporting chefs with basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of ingredients (washing, chopping, peeling, portioning).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Support chefs in cooking and plating as directed.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by senior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
