Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, transportation, and distribution.
• Implement efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels.
• Coordinate transportation, carrier selection, and delivery tracking for timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining safety and operational standards.
• Lead and mentor the warehouse and logistics team, fostering a culture of performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, and external partners to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Competencies

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, logistics operations, and supply chain management.
• 6-8 years experience in warehouse operations
• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouses or distribution centers.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
