Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. The role involves handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance department in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, process, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Support in preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
- Ensure all records are accurate and comply with company policies.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
