Position Overview:
The Head of Digital Marketing will lead and drive the agency’s overall digital strategy, performance, and client success. This role is responsible for managing a team of digital marketing specialists, building strong client relationships, and ensuring delivery of measurable results across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with proven expertise in digital growth, data-driven campaigns, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the agency’s overall digital marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns.
- Drive ROI and measurable results across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content, Influencer, and Programmatic).
- Client & Business Management
- Act as the primary digital marketing consultant for key clients, providing strategic direction and solutions.
- Collaborate with business development teams to pitch digital services and acquire new clients.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients with clear recommendations.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Allocate resources effectively across client accounts and internal projects.
- Establish best practices, workflows, and quality standards for the agency’s digital function.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics for campaigns and teams.
- Performance & Innovation
- Set KPIs for campaigns and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
- Implement marketing automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven tools for efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients through data insights and consumer behavior trends.
- Drive innovation by introducing creative digital solutions, formats, and partnerships.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of proven digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within an agency.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
- Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and managing large budgets.
- Exceptional communication, client presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
