Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Shirohana’s flower shops. The ideal candidate will have a background in a design-related field, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage people, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all Shirohana flower shops to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
- Conduct regular shop visits to assess standards, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of shop managers, florists, and support staff.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets, maintain service quality, and uphold brand standards.
- Review shop layouts, displays, and product presentations to ensure creative and effective merchandising.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and grow profitability.
- Provide regular performance and sales reports to management with clear recommendations.
- Coordinate with HR, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure shops are well-staffed, stocked, and maintained.
- Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support training and development for managers and florists to enhance skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a design-related field (interior design, fashion, visual arts, floristry, or similar).
- Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a multi-store setup.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable.
- Business acumen with a track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; able to “get things done.”
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
