What you will be doing
- Assisting with the implementation of new marketing and business processes
- Evaluating current business processes and uncovering areas for improvement
- Monitoring implementation of new marketing processes and reporting to the senior team
- Helping with maintaining overall system functionality and automating processes
- Suggesting campaign/process improvement ideas, along with unique solutions and automation tools we can leverage
- Assessing marketing data and past performance of campaigns/processes to suggest improvements
- Conducting in-depth research to support process improvement
- Helping with ad hoc requirements such as quality assurance of marketing campaigns and minor coordination work, as and when required by the senior team
What you will need to be considered
- A degree in marketing, business management or any related field
- Minimum 6 months work experience in a marketing or project management role
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail (No kidding, we're looking for the next Sherlock Holmes of marketing)
- Perfect grasp of English
- Past experience with automation tools would be an advantage
