Role Overview

The Intern at Trillium Group will support various functions including sales coordination, marketing, administrative tasks, and event support. This opportunity is ideal for students and recent graduates looking to gain experience in real estate development, sales, marketing, and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property tours and client inquiries under supervision.
• Prepare reports and presentations for team meetings.
• Update social media and marketing content.
• Provide support for the operations of hotels and food & beverage outlets.
• Coordinate marketing activities and administrative work.
• Participate in event planning and execution.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Eager to learn and adapt.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms is a plus.
• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or Hospitality.

Additional Information

The internship offers a monthly allowance, exposure to premium projects in Colombo, and mentorship from senior managers. Successful interns may have the opportunity for full-time positions within the group.
