Lumos RCM is a specialized Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company dedicated to optimizing RCM performance. The company is based in the US with operations run in Sri Lanka. By leveraging technology and industry expertise, we help healthcare organizations streamline and strengthen their business.
Ideal Profile:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have excellent language skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles. At least 5 years of experience in the field is expected.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR strategy.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong organizational culture.
• Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
• A high level of emotional intelligence and integrity.
• Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and MS Office tools
• Willingness and ability to work in a remote setting, with the flexibility to attend on-site office (colombo 03) when required
• Shift time – 2pm to 11pm SLT
Responsibilities:
• Lead people, hiring, recruitment, and talent acquisition efforts.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Oversee decisions and handle all HR and administrative matters promptly and effectively
• Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and offboarding.
