The Job
- Attending to user troubleshooting on site and remotely.
- Installing and upgrading computer hardware and software, system networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain up-to-date reports related to IT infrastructure for decision making.
- Provide end user support to employees and students to solve IT issues escalated through the help desk.
- Ability to maintain ERP systems, UPS systems, and CCTV systems.
The Person
- Full/part qualification in HND in Computing, Software Engineering, Networking, Cyber Security or a related specialization.
- Keen knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Ability to adapt to new systems, processes and technology.
- Excellent team player having ability to work under pressure.
