About the Program: Shirohana is offering a part-time Florist Training Program for individuals passionate about flowers and design. Over 3 days a week, trainees will be guided by senior florists to learn the essential skills of floristry and retail operations. The program is designed to fast-track practical learning and, on successful completion, trainees will be offered a role as Trainee Florist within Shirohana.
Key Responsibilities during Training:
- Learn and practice flower care, handling, and preparation.
- Assist in creating hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements, and shop displays.
- Shadow senior florists during customer orders and events.
- Support shop operations including stocking, display, and customer interactions.
- Complete practical assignments and demonstrate progress.
Requirements:
- Passion for flowers, design, and creativity.
- Available 3 days a week consistently for the program duration.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
