The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and managing relationships with existing customers. The role requires proficiency in both Sinhala and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. This is a full-time on-site position with commission and allowances provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Generate leads through various channels.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sinhala and English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
