position overview:

We are seeking a mature, responsible, and hands-on Stores & Packing Executive to manage backend operations in our retail supply chain. This role is essential to ensure accurate inventory handling, timely dispatches, and efficient courier coordination. Ideal for someone who has experience in retail warehousing or dispatch and is comfortable using systems and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order dispatches for B2B, 3rd-party platforms and direct retail orders
• Handle goods receiving, verify deliveries, and prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)
• Record and process customer returns accurately in the system
• Monitor and maintain packaging material inventory levels
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, tracking, and delivery follow-ups
• Ensure accurate system entries using ERP and Excel
• Maintain stock accuracy, cleanliness, and organization in the storage area
• Work closely with retail and online sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail store operations, logistics, or warehouse management
• Preferred age 30+, with a mature and responsible work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in managing retail dispatches, returns, and courier coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure during peak retail seasons
