Position Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our kids-focused retail brand – Giggles.This role is ideal for someone who understands children’s needs (e.g, a former teacher or a mother)has a flair for smart working, and is capable of owning and driving sales growth across channels.Whether you’re looking to return to work or seeking a role where you can take ownership of a growing brand, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and achieve monthly sales targets across both 3rd-party platforms and direct retail channels
• Analyze sales trends and product performance to suggest improvements and spot growth opportunities
• Recommend new and trending product ranges suited for kids, schools, and gifting
• Keep track of school calendars, festivals, and seasonal events to plan timely promotional campaigns
• Oversee and expand sales through 3rd-party channels as well as in-store and online direct sales
• Collaborate with marketing for campaign planning and execution

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in teaching, sales, customer-facing roles, or business development.
• Aged 25+, with strong communication, coordination, and ownership abilities.
• Smart working style – someone who plans, tracks, and executes efficiently.
• Familiarity with kids' retail products, gifting trends, or school cycles is a plus.
• Basic computer skills – Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
• Proactive mindset.
