Role Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager with exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage end-to-end delivery of AI solution projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams—translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans while ensuring all parties are aligned on expectations, Definition of Done (DoD), and Definition of Target (DoT).

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the agreed quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

•End-to-End Delivery Management: Own project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.

•Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams—communicating effectively in both business and technical terms.

•Expectation Management: Align stakeholders on project goals, success criteria, and deliverables while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

•Project Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules for AI-driven solutions.

•Definition of Done (DoD) & Definition of Target (DoT): Ensure clarity and alignment across teams, validating that delivered solutions meet agreed business outcomes.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business analysts, solution architects, engineers, QA, and AI specialists to ensure seamless execution.

•Risk & Issue Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks/issues promptly, minimizing delivery disruptions.

•Agile/Hybrid Practices: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to drive iterative delivery.

•Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet business, security, and compliance standards.

•Reporting & Governance: Provide transparent project updates, dashboards, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred).

•Proven experience (7+ years) in project management, ideally in AI, cloud, or technology-driven solutions.

•Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

•Experience delivering projects with AI/ML, RAG, automation, or enterprise technology solutions is highly desirable.

•Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

•Ability to balance business needs and technical feasibility.

•Solid problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
